Evan Wilson is SVP/chief experience officer at Meritrust Federal Credit Union focused on building a culture where leadership encourages, inspires, and promotes growth. He oversees wealth management, financial well-being, human resources, talent development, and employee and member engagement program. With 33 years of experience, he also assists in strategic planning with the leadership team. Wilson started COACH Leadership Consulting in 2016 and uses storytelling with application-based learning. His goal is to take fear out of leadership by casting a vision of how to own and grow your potential. Wilson graduated from Wichita State and the Executive Leadership Coaching Program. He serves on the boards of ONELINK International, Junior Achievement, and Cornerstone Foundation.
