In this session, Alex Weber speaks on the actionable principles required to be an unstoppable leader. He shares lessons and empowering stories, from being one of the youngest coaches ever to win U.S. Lacrosse Coach of the Year in his very first season of coaching to uncommon and incredible stories from leaders around the world. Weber honestly and openly talks about the challenges we face as leaders, not only in our careers but also in our personal lives. Weber says leaders are only as successful as the people they lead. They need to create a shared vision, cultivate a true bond centered on trust, and activate team members to take positive action to achieve unified goals.
