Richard Sowell is the chief strategy officer at Wellby Financial, an award-winning credit union serving Greater Houston with the mission to Help People Prosper. Sowell joined Wellby in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience from Coastal Credit Union in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he held key roles in IT, digital banking, and reporting and analytics.
