Dr. Jody Parsons is the people development and performance manager for TTCU Federal Credit Union, which has over 150,000 members and 500 employees. She began as an English teacher and school principal before becoming a people development expert. In 2018, she completed a doctorate from the University of Oklahoma. She titled her dissertation "Enhancing the Transformational Leadership Capacity of Urban School Principals: The Role of Central Office Administration." Parsons created and implemented a leadership development program at TTCU that serves over 100 leaders. She is a Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach who teaches leadership at Oklahoma State University. In the last five years, Parson served in a public school district, a prison, a warehouse, and a credit union. Regardless of her job title, she’s in the people business first.
