Alissa Pfeiffer is the senior manager of product innovation research for TruStageTM. She oversees research efforts throughout the product development lifecycle to help de-risk decisions made by business and product leaders. The product innovation research team is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research with B2B and B2C audiences to support product development, product optimization, and other innovation. This work is accomplished through design thinking and human-centered design principles and processes. Pfeiffer graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Spanish and an MBA. She also holds a Senior Product Manager Certification (SPMC) from Product School and a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce.
