Ronaldo Hardy is co-owner and chief diversity & inclusion officer at CU Strategic Planning, a national organization helping credit unions obtain CDFI certification. Hardy leads the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion services, including the innovative and comprehensive Credit Union DEI Certification program. Before joining CU Strategic Planning, Hardy served as the CEO of Southwest Louisiana FCU where he led the credit union to CDFI certification and an FA award with CU Strategic Planning.

He is a thought-leader and highly sought-after speaker, having presented to CUNA Management School, CUES, and the NCUA's Inaugural Diversity Summit. Throughout his career, Hardy has published work in the Credit Union Journal, CU Times, CU Insight, Credit Union Magazine, and CU Today.
