We all understand the power of mentorship as a concept, but few of us put in the work of understanding what we want out of life, identifying those who we want to learn from, and being intentional about creating a relationship with them.

The wisest leaders among us will tell you it was their mentors who made all the difference. In this session, Regan Pugh discusses the importance of working with mentors and the impact they can make in your career.
