Crystal is Chief Credit Officer of CU Strategic Services, LLC. Crystal is a 20 plus year commercial lending professional and has successfully managed and directed individual commercial lending departments as well as regional commercial lending operations supporting $75MM to $250MM portfolios in both credit union and banking industries. The expertise she provides encompasses commercial credit underwriting, commercial loan administration, and commercial lending training and development. Crystal’s roles throughout her career provide her with the hands-on tools needed to successfully guide all aspects of commercial lending operations. In addition, Crystal has spent a vast amount of time training and mentoring other credit union professionals in all aspects of commercial lending and imparting her knowledge at Credit Union National Association professional training events. Whether underwriting complex commercial credits, working with credit union partners in establishing logistical processes to manage a commercial credit portfolio, conducting independent third-party portfolio loan reviews or driving new business, Crystal’s hands on subject matter expertise covering commercial lending from origination to loan payoff makes her an invaluable client partner.
