Jennie Boden is the CEO at Quantum Governance, bringing three decades of expertise in governance, strategy, management, leadership, and communications to credit union and nonprofit sectors. Boden has led transformational governance and strategy work with notable organizations such as Hudson Valley Credit Union, Northwest FCU, Redwood Credit Union, the Gerontological Society of America, and Friends of the National Arboretum. In addition to an extensive resume of accomplishments, Boden was instrumental in establishing a strategic partnership with CUES and developing Quantum’s governance and strategic planning products and services including innovations in assessing director skills and identifying the ideal profile of future board members. Boden has authored articles for CU Management and coauthored the State of Credit Union Governance 2018 and 2020 reports. She also serves as a regular contributor to CUES’ Advancing Women.
