Dr. Debra Orock Enoru is a Senior Continuity of Operations and a Strategic Security expert at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. Originally from Cameroon, Central West Africa, Dr. Debra immigrated to the United States with her parents at the age of 14 after completing her secondary school education. She currently holds a Doctorate in Strategic Security from the Henley Putnam School of Strategic Security, an MA in International Security and Global Terrorism from the University of Nottingham England, and a BA in International Relations and Political Science from Queens University of Charlotte, NC. Additionally, in her quest to better serve her stakeholders in the financial services sector, Dr. Debra pursued and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and has attended multiple courses in Bank examination on the safety and soundness of financial institutions. She also holds a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wharton School of Leadership.

Throughout her career, Dr. Debra has worked tirelessly with interagency partners to help preserve the integrity of the U.S financial services sector which is evident in her current work with coordinating efforts for her agency’s Insider Threat and Operational Security Programs as well as coordinating Business Continuity efforts with all 12 Reserve Banks.

When not working to protect the integrity of the financial services sector, Dr. Debra enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Dr. Sostanie Enoru, and their two beautiful children. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and learning new languages.
