Steven is a seasoned 20+ year veteran of the financial services industry. He began his career in the mailroom of Texarkana National Bank while pursuing his degree in Business Administration. Along the way, he has worked for both credit unions and banks and has amassed experience from all areas of the industry, including retail, operations and lending. For the past 15 years, Steven’s experience and knowledge has been used in various roles of commercial lending, primarily in loan review, credit analysis and underwriting/structuring. His attention to the details has helped to set him apart in his career. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to complete extensive training in relation to credit analysis, loan review analysis, loan structuring and problem loan management. With his diverse background in working with credit unions and banks, he is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of financial institutions and how to help meet those needs through commercial lending.
