Monica Villines is the AVP of Risk Management and Compliance Consulting with Cornerstone Resources. This department works with credit unions to develop and maintain compliance programs. These services include the monitoring and analyzing of credit union risk areas to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, development of policies and procedures, new product consulting, training, and specialized risk assessments. Her professional background includes over 20 years of financial industry experience including working with banks and credit unions with assets ranging from $3 million to over $1 billion. Monica currently holds Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation with ABA, Credit Union Compliance Expert, and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist designations with America's Credit Unions. Monica graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing.
