The Cornerstone Lending and Collections Council is offering two young professionals the opportunity to apply for the Gary D. Parker Legacy Scholarship, which covers the conference registration fee and a hotel room for three nights during SHIFT: Lending & Collections Conference at no cost. New this year there will be two scholarships awarded.

Applicants must be 40 years or younger and an employee of a credit union in Cornerstone’s five state region.

 

About Gary Parker’s Legacy

Gary D. Parker started his credit union career in 1974. He was a founding member of the Lending and Collections Council, for which he helped organize 18 conferences and many workshops. He lives and breathes the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and has always been a mentor to many young credit union professionals.
