Gina Evans is the vice president of employee experience at Credit Union of America in Wichita, Kansas. She oversees human resources, recruitment, payroll, training and talent development, employee engagement, and culture. She earned a CUDE in 2013 and an HRCI PHR (Professional Human Resource) certification in 2020. Evans served on the Heartland Credit Union Charitable Foundation Board of Directors for six years and currently serves on The Pando Initiative board. Evans has worked in the credit union industry for over 35 years. Previously, she spent 16 years as AVP-education and councils for the Kansas Credit Union Association (formerly Heartland Credit Union Association) and 10 years at CUNA Mutual Group (now TrueStage).
