When the Agile Manifesto was written, User Experience (UX) was not a part of that world. Since UX Designers and Researchers started working in an Agile environment, there is still a lot of confusion about UX. What's the difference between UX and UI? What do we do with these User Experience folks? How do they fit into Sprints? How do we work with them? How do UX folks relate to and work with Developers? How does agile work within a financial institution? These questions are just the tip of the iceberg. This session will clarify the mystery of what user experience is, and how to incorporate UX into Agile and Sprints within a financial institution.
