Julie Harrison brings to the UFCU executive leadership team more than a decade of senior human resources roles at Patelco Credit Union and, more broadly, within the financial services industry. In her more than 20 years of human resources experience, Julie established herself as an expert leader that scales and enables performance through people. She passionately believes in the credit union philosophy of people helping people and is an excited supporter of UFCU’s overarching purpose of empowering members to achieve financial health.

In her role, Jule leads all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to workforce capabilities and talent management, total rewards and people operations, culture and employee value proposition, diversity and inclusion, and technology and analytics. In this pivotal role, Julie is responsible for driving organizational transformation through shaping and executing a people agenda aligned with UFCU's values and strategic imperatives.

Julie earned a master's degree in business administration from St. Mary's College of California and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on human resources from CSU, Hayward. Julie holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and is an active mentor in the human resources community. She also completed a Disruptive Innovation program through Harvard Business School Executive Education.
