Robyn Dietrich is assistant vice president of organizational development and learning at West Community Credit Union. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University and a DEI certification from Cornell University. Dietrich has a 14-year career in the credit union industry, with diverse roles and significant achievements.

Guided by curiosity and a passion for learning, Dietrich works to build a culture that helps individuals discover and maximize their full potential. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog (and the rest of her family, of course) and experiencing nature.
