Daylene has been proudly part of the credit union movement for over 28 years. She began her career as a teller at a small credit union, steadily working her way up to branch manager—a journey that gave her a deep appreciation and lasting passion for the unique role small credit unions play in their communities.

Her career path also led her to supervise Kansas credit union examiners, where she gained valuable regulatory insight and a broader perspective on the industry. Today, Daylene serves as a Regional Solutions Representative for Cornerstone, supporting 48 credit unions across her district. She considers it a privilege to help these institutions thrive and continue their mission of people helping people.
When she’s not working, Daylene loves traveling and taking long road trips with her son—making memories on the open road and embracing new adventures. She is all about encouraging, empowering, and getting others excited about the things they love along with bringing smiles and laughter to everyone she meets. “A day without laughing, is a day wasted.”
