In this session, I share employee engagement statistics from Gallup and discuss behaviors associated with engaged, not engaged, and actively disengaged employees. I then introduce my framework, “E.A.S.E. into Employee Engagement” (Engage, Assess, Support, and Experiment), to help employees move from not engaged to engaged.
