As programs director at the National Association of Latino Credit Unions and Professionals, Nahibi Kauffman leads the development and implementation of initiatives designed to support and elevate Latinx and ally professionals in the credit union industry. With a strong focus on leadership development and professional growth, she has helped create programs that give emerging and established leaders the tools, networks, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Kauffman holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Education in reading, literacy, and learning. She brings a strong understanding of human behavior and educational best practices to her work. Passionate about inclusion, education, and community, she is committed to building programs that reflect empowerment, representation, and lasting impact.
