Zach Christensen is marketing director and consultant at Mitchell Stankovic & Associates, where he helps credit union leaders connect innovation with purpose by modernizing governance, advancing leadership, and aligning culture with mission and the communities they serve.

He also serves as executive director and co-founder of CU Pride, the LGBTQ+ association for credit union professionals and allies, where he supports inclusion and authenticity across the industry. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and leadership, Christensen combines strategy and storytelling to help build organizations that inspire trust and collaboration. His work also extends globally through the World Council of Credit Unions’ Global Women’s Leadership Network and the Via Stella Foundation, supporting humanitarian efforts for Ukrainian refugees.
