A sixth-generation Texan originally from Plano, Mark Seale has been involved in politics and government since 1989. His family has a long history in Texas, having been farmers and ranchers in the Panhandle and South Texas Plains for many generations.
His public service includes experience on staff in the Texas Senate and House, as deputy director of a major state agency, as a director on statewide campaigns, and as a redistricting consultant. In the private sector, Mark has worked as a corporate lobbyist and public affairs consultant for a diverse range of clients. He joined the Cornerstone League as Senior Vice President of Advocacy in May of 2025.
Mark and his wife, Laura, live in Austin. Mark is a proud member of the University of Texas Longhorn Alumni Band.
