Lea Ann Gabbert is Chief Administrative Officer at Credit Union of America, where she leads Employee Experience (HR), Marketing, and Facilities. She joined CUA in 2013 and brings more than two decades of credit union experience, including roles in HR leadership and consulting on compensation and performance systems for credit unions nationwide. Lea Ann is a co-founder of the Wichita Area Sister Society, part of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, and a strong advocate for leadership development within the industry. Outside of work, Lea Ann enjoys staying active, participating in her local run club, and spending time with family and friends.
