After earning her degree from California State University, Hayward, and later obtaining a Master’s Degree, she embarked on a decade-long adventure, living and working in five different states as part of the Wells Fargo leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Monique is passionate about people leadership and fostering an environment where individuals feel empowered, respected, and appreciated.

Monique co-chairs the Global Women's Leadership Network and is an active supporter of the Credit Union movement through her participation in her local CU League. She currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer at Wellby Financial, the second-largest Credit Union in Houston, Texas.

Known for her dynamic communication skills, Monique offers valuable insights for growth and shares inspiring stories about the courage and resilience required for women and minorities to advance to mid and senior-level management positions, breaking through the glass ceiling.
