Karyn Davis serves as President and CEO of UP Federal Credit Union in North Little Rock, Arkansas. With more than 26 years of credit union experience, she leads a member-focused CDFI dedicated to improving financial well-being and strengthening communities. She leads the credit union's strategic direction, operations, compliance, and member service initiatives that focus on financial inclusion and local community impact. Karyn holds certifications in Financial Counseling, Compliance, and Credit Union Management and serves in multiple leadership roles throughout the credit union industry. She is passionate about credit union advocacy, developing people, and advancing the credit union mission of "People Helping People."
