Brian Hamilton is a financial services and fintech leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning financial institutions, contact centers, and start-ups. He has led large-scale operations and driven transformation across loan origination systems, member acquisition strategies, and multichannel delivery.

Since joining Origence in 2017 as Vice President of Innovation & Insights, Brian has helped shape the company’s growth through research, development, and innovation focused on the future of consumer lending. In 2020, he became President of Origence Lending Services, and in 2023 he led the launch of FI Connect, Origence’s embedded lending platform. In 2025, he shifted his focus fully to expanding embedded lending through FI Connect and its network of credit unions.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA in Digital Innovation and Information Systems from Pepperdine University.
