Danielle always says working in a credit union was an "accidental career." Starting as a teller, she worked her way up to Vice President of Consumer Lending and then Vice President of Financial Sales. Danielle thoroughly enjoys the excitement and challenges of the "sales" side of the industry. At her previous financial institution, she successfully coached a sales team to increase ancillary product sales, such as GAP, Extended Warranty, and Payment Protection by over 600%, demonstrating her ability to drive significant growth and increased revenue.

With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Danielle has honed her skills in various capacities, primarily focusing on lending, sales, and service. From retail and consumer lending to mortgage and business banking, she's led sales teams to consistently outperform expectations, often surpassing annual goals within just a few months.

Currently, she works with financial institutions across the U.S. to bridge the gap between sales and marketing by successfully implementing CRM tools and sales enablement strategies.
