John Hendricks has served at Community Service Credit Union for seven years. He was appointed chief executive officer in March 2025 after six successful years as chief lending officer. Prior to joining Community Service Credit Union, he worked as a regional consumer lending manager with First Financial Bank. In total, he brings 23 years of banking experience and a proven track record of performance and leadership. Hendricks holds two undergraduate degrees from Sam Houston State University. In 2006, he earned a degree in Banking and Financial Institutions with a minor in Finance. He later completed a second degree in Finance with additional minors in Accounting and Management.
