Bridger Robinson serves as senior vice president and chief lending officer at InTouch Credit Union (ITCU), where he is responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and governance of all lending and collections activities across the organization. Since joining ITCU in July 2018 as vice president of business sales and service, Bridger has held progressively broader leadership roles, including oversight of retail branch operations and later serving as SVP of Lending and Branch Operations, before being appointed to his current role in May 2022.

Bridger brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a comprehensive background spanning commercial lending, consumer lending, collections, branch operations, and sales leadership. His approach emphasizes practical execution, disciplined risk management, and building scalable programs that align with regulatory expectations and long-term institutional objectives.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, and is a graduate of the Southwest CUNA Management School, where he completed the program with honors in July 2023.
