Whitney McLeod serves as senior vice president of lending and collections at a Texas-based credit union, where she is responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and governance of the organization’s lending portfolio across consumer, mortgage, indirect, and business channels, as well as all collections operations. In this role, she leads enterprise efforts to drive sustainable loan growth, strengthen credit quality, and enhance the overall member experience while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and long-term institutional goals.
Throughout her career, Whitney has been deeply involved in organizational development and strategic planning, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that strengthen financial performance, modernize the member experience, and position the credit union for long-term success. She is known for her practical, execution-focused leadership style and her commitment to developing high-performing teams.
Whitney holds a bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a 2020 graduate of Southwest Credit Union Management School.
