As director of lending at City Credit Union, he leads the organization’s consumer and real estate lending strategy, overseeing portfolio performance, risk management, lending operations, compliance, and member growth initiatives.

Throughout his career, Joseph has held executive and senior leadership positions spanning commercial lending, consumer lending, operational risk, and credit administration. His experience includes leading commercial lending operations, overseeing loan portfolio risk management, implementing lending technologies, and guiding organizations through regulatory examinations and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Joseph served in leadership positions with Credit Union of Texas, Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union, Resource One Credit Union, and JPMorgan Chase, where he developed expertise in lending strategy, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
