Join us for a 1-hour dance fitness class, hosted by Untamed Dance Fitness Instructors Jessica Powers and Meredith Dauria. This class is a total vibe that combines high-intensity interval training (squats, burpees, lunges) with easy-to-follow moves to your favorite hip hop music. Our class is designed for ALL levels- no dance experience required. Bring your energy, let loose, and have fun while getting a full body workout.

Please note you will need to bring water and a towel. No equipment is necessary.
