Sarah Bowman is the Vice President of Small Credit Union Support at Cornerstone League, where she’s fortunate to spend her days bringing people together and supporting smaller credit unions in meaningful, practical ways. She works alongside credit union leaders to build collaborative programs that create space for shared learning, honest conversations, and solutions tailored to the realities of small teams.

Sarah cares deeply about making sure every credit union feels seen, supported, and connected to a larger community. She recently earned her MBA and brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work, believing that strong relationships are at the heart of lasting impact.

Outside of work, she’d tell you her most important roles are being an awesome aunt and a proud dog mom to her mini dachshund, Gertrude.
