Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. He has completed courses with M.I.T. and Hipereon's School of Commercial Lending. He joined Rogue in 2016 as the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer and became Chief Lending Officer in 2017. In 2025, Chad joined Community Resource Credit Union as the Chief Executive Officer and President where he has overseen Lending, Enterprise Analytics, and Enterprise Risk Management. He brings over 25 years of experience to the credit union, including senior-level positions in Lending, Information Services and Operations.
