Lisa Dailey is the CEO of Energize Credit Union, a $28 million member-owned financial institution serving more than 3,700 electric and telephone cooperative employees across Oklahoma. With over two decades of experience in cooperative finance, she is known for pairing strategic growth with disciplined risk management, strong governance, and regulatory excellence.
A Certified Public Accountant since 2004, Lisa brings deep expertise in financial oversight, enterprise risk management, and compliance. She holds the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) designation and is a Certified Banking Security Manager, reflecting her commitment to operational integrity, cybersecurity, and member data protection. In addition to her CEO role, Lisa serves as Fund Manager for the Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives’ self-insured workers’ compensation fund, overseeing complex financial operations and fiduciary responsibilities that support the long-term stability of Oklahoma’s electric cooperative workforce.
Lisa is also actively engaged in industry leadership, serving on the boards of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Education Association and the OKC Sister Society Chapter. Recognized nationally as a 2020 Fortnightly Under Forty honoree, Lisa is a strong advocate for sustainable, member-focused leadership.
