Gaye DeCesare is the vice president of Compliance Services at Aux, which provides compliance support to more than 50 credit unions nationwide. Prior to joining Aux, she spent more than 35 years working at credit unions, specializing primarily in regulatory compliance. She served on the NAFCU Compliance Standards and Practices Commission and is a founding member of both the Capital Area Compliance Roundtable and the regional BSA Compliance Roundtable. DeCesare was among the first in the nation to earn the designations of NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer and CUNA Credit Union Compliance Expert when the programs were introduced in 1997 and 2000.
