Todd Hillis retired from the U. S. Navy after 21 years of active-duty service. During his Naval career, Hillis acted as the information systems security manager for the Southeast Region of the United States, where he helped the Naval Criminal Investigative Service implement its forensics capabilities. Hillis has more than 36 years of experience with vulnerability management, computer forensics, perimeter security, and operational security. Hillis’ current role as global intelligence officer for the International Association of Certified ISAOs harnesses his expertise in intelligence collection, information security, and network defense to support information sharing and analysis for its customers. Hillis has also received recognition from prominent federal agencies for software development, forensic examinations, training, and technical support.
