Description

Change is hard. But does it have to be? While there are different personality types, all our brains have a common thread that has been developing for millions of years, creating rules of thumb to guide the subconscious mind. Gut reactions are the subconscious brain trying to communicate. The way you prime and frame a message can have a significant impact on the way it is received, and your brain's expectations can affect what you hear when someone speaks to you. The right message communicated in the wrong way will almost guarantee the failure of a new approach, project, or initiative. In this session, you will learn insights into the human brain and how to train yourself to be more receptive and better communicate through change.
