Synergy offers a suite of services, including supervisory committee and director training, strategic planning, loan review, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviews. With more than 15 years' experience, Cooley manages a growing portfolio of clients throughout the U.S. He honed his skills at the U.S. Treasury Department performing examinations for financial institutions ranging from $100 million to $8 billion in assets. When not advising clients, he designs and conducts training for credit unions.
