Rocky Garza is a people and culture development expert who challenges audiences and explores relationship management and humanity through his Identity Mapping process. His high-energy approach was developed during seven-years as director of ministry at one of the largest youth camps in Texas and as a member of the pastoral staff at Chase Oaks Church in Dallas. He is founder/principal of RockyGarza.com and Staff Retreat Co., a leadership development practice that works with key executives, business owners, and departments/teams. Garza has worked with Grant Thornton, Kwik Kar, Headington Companies, Connective Agency, Glass Heel, DRC Young Professional Summit, and more. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
