Cornerstone’s Innovation Group is a leadership program designed to equip credit union professionals with the knowledge, resources, tools, and ecosystem necessary to develop innovative solutions that advance credit unions and the entire credit union system. The Innovation Group, comprising professionals from 12 diverse credit unions, collaborated via three cross-functional teams and explored significant issues facing credit unions, consumers, and the entire financial services industry. These teams applied innovation competencies gleaned from a proven industry-wide process and will present the innovation methods utilized, describe potential credit union-driven business solutions, and demonstrate the value that innovation brings to credit union leadership.
