Joe Conlon is an industry leading veteran, with over 14 years’ experience in the ARM industry, holding various senior management titles at agencies he has been a part of. He is an ACA Certified Professional Collection Specialist, a State of Nevada Collection Agency Manager Licensee, a State of Michigan College Agency Manager Licensee, and holds various leadership certificates from Dale Carnegie Professional Training and Coaching. He studied Business Administration at the State University College at Brockport, and is currently the Director of Operations at CCMR3, overseeing day to day operations and strategic initiatives across a $3.6 billion dollar client portfolio. Joe leverages industry-leading software, analytics, and AI to oversee creating a custom collection strategy built around his organization's needs, in order to maximize recoveries for clients.
