Consumers aren’t picking up their phones. It’s hard enough to reach them for general business activities, but when it comes to collections, most consumers aren't interested in talking to you. What other methods are available for contacting consumers, and how successful are those methods? In this session, we’ll examine texting, chatting, and emailing. Regulations touch many of these methods, and it’s important to know the proper way to communicate in each.
