Colin J. Hahn, Ph.D., CPTD, is the learning and organizational development manager for Douglas Dynamics. He is responsible for the company’s learning strategy and people analytics, including leadership development, performance improvement, and talent development. Hahn has worked in organizational and talent development for more than 15 years, leading programs that have generated over $2 million in annual impact while attaining over 90% rates of behavioral change. He served as president of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and currently serves as a National Advisor to Chapters with ATD. Hahn holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Marquette University.
