To be an effective collections agent, maintaining a positive mindset is key. In this session, Christy Jones will help attendees shift their mindsets, leading them to think positively, use helpful words and inspire a productive discourse during collection calls. Jones will address issues such as dealing with sympathy fatigue, managing stress, balancing care and concern for members, and the basics of a collections call.
