Christy Jones is an attorney and partner at Sherpy & Jones, P.A., a firm which specializes in servicing credit unions’ needs. Concentrating her practice on creditor/debtor rights, bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure, and regulatory compliance, Jones is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association. Jones is a regular speaker in the credit union industry has served as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law, teaching legal writing to first-year students.
