Diane Sokolik is VP consumer lending at TwinStar Credit Union. She oversees the consumer production, loan support, and account solutions departments and is accountable for loan growth, asset management, and credit risk. Sokolik establishes strategy, direction, and objectives while maintaining frictionless member experiences. She also designs and implements credit risk analytics for loan portfolio management and allowance for loan loss discussions. Her committee work includes Consumer Lending Account Solutions (CLAS), ALLL, ALCO, CUSO-CUDD Operations, and RMCO. Sokolik has a BA in organizational leadership and graduated Cum Laude from Chapman University. She is also a graduate of Western CUNA Management School.
