Michael Petrone is a risk management consultant in Business Protection Risk Management for TruStage. He assists credit unions in identifying areas of risk in their operations and recommends appropriate controls to reduce loss exposure. Petrone’s career with TruStage began in 1986 as a specialist in loss prevention for workplace operations, physical security, internal controls, and employee safety. He has a bachelor’s in accounting from Salem State University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and Credit Union Security and Fraud Expert (CUSFE). He is an ALICE Certified Active Assailant Instructor.
