Taylor Murray is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the credit union industry. Since 2021, he has served as CEO of ServiStar Consulting, where he focuses on leadership and team development, improving sales and service cultures for credit unions across the US and Canada.

Before ServiStar, Taylor held key leadership roles at Baxter Credit Union (IL), Affinity Plus (MN) and Radiant Credit Union (FL). He has successfully led teams in sales, service, contact centers, business development and branch operations, with a focus on member-centric cultures, employee engagement and leadership development.

Taylor holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a BA from Columbia College and is a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute. He was recognized as a Credit Union Rock Star in 2020.
