Dawn Parrish is a passionate credit union evangelist with more than two decades in the industry. With experience working with financial institutions in a variety of roles ranging from lending, sales, and strategy development, she is an agent of change, performance improvement, and strategic partner to business leaders.

Dawn is a licensed insurance agent and has worked with credit unions of all sizes in her roles at TruStage - currently serving credit unions in Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Alabama. She is also the co-owner of D2 Strategic Services where she facilitates strategic planning, succession planning, and team building events for organizations of all asset sizes.

She is pursuing her M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and Human Performance Improvement at the University of West Florida. She lives in central Florida with her husband and their two Scottish Terriers where they are actively involved with Hunt’s Exotic Foundation. Dawn and her husband are active supporters of the foundation both financially and with their time. They have two grown daughters and five grandchildren – with the oldest serving in the U.S. Navy.
